Traumwerk handles all shipments via DHL and ships to other European countries.

Returns
You can of course return your order if you are not satisfied with it. If you have a problem with your jewelry or would like to return it within the legal return period of 14 days, we ask you to contact our support via the contact form. Please enter your order number, select "Returns" as subject and tell us briefly what it is about. If you want to return a piece of jewelry, we would like to point out that it must be unworn and intact. Personalized jewelry (e.g. with an engraving) is excluded from exchange.
Delivery times
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, with foreign supplies within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Payment options
You can easily place your order via Klarna (Germany only) or Paypal Plus. For Paypal you do not need a Paypal account. As a preferred payment method, you can also use an accepted credit card.

Further payment details
When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
